Yugoslavia. A monarchy, until January 9th 1929 when King Alexander 1st introduced a dictatorship making him have complete and utter control over the empire of the Serbs (Serbians) , Croats (Croatians) and Slovenes (Slovenians).
Yugoslavia broke up between 25th June 1991 and 5 June 2006 first Croatia and finally Montenegro and Serbia.
